This policy explains what Elura Closet collects when you shop with us at eluracloset.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- When you place an order: your name, phone number, delivery address and, if you give one, your email address.
- When you pay: the phone number used for M-Pesa and the payment reference. We never see or store your M-Pesa PIN, and we do not store card details.
- When you contact us: whatever you send us by the contact form or WhatsApp.
- When you browse: standard website and analytics data such as pages visited and approximate location, through cookies.
Why we collect it
To process and deliver your order, to reach you about that order, to handle returns of incorrect or defective items, and to keep the shop working properly. We do not sell your information to anyone.
Who else sees it
Only the services needed to complete your order: Safaricom M-Pesa for payment, and the delivery service you choose — our riders, Pick Up Mtaani or a matatu parcel service. Each sees only what it needs to do its part.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as we need them for our accounts and for any returns or disputes. You can ask us to delete information we are not required to keep.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also refuse non-essential cookies through the banner on the site.
